  • When Can I Schedule an Appointment?

Your scheduled appointment time will be a time that is specifically for you. We request a 24-hour notice if you need to cancel your appointment. We are aware that unforeseen events sometimes require missing an appointment, and we appreciate your cooperation.

  • What Insurance Policies Do You Accept?

Orthodontist Dr. Larry T. Weddle is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits. Because insurance policies vary, we can only estimate your coverage in good faith but cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts. Your estimated patient portion must be paid at the time of service. As a service to our patients, we will bill insurance companies for services. If you have any questions, our courteous staff is always available to answer them.

  • Are Braces and Orthodontic Care Affordable?

At Weddle Orthodontics, we strive to provide you with affordable, high-quality treatment that fits your budget! Dr. Weddle does not want finances to stand in the way of starting high-quality orthodontic treatment; therefore, we offer a variety of payment options to meet your needs. We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards. Financing options are available in-house or through CareCredit. As a service to our families in Thornton, Broomfield, Westminster and the surrounding Denver communities, we also provide discounts for payment in full and to families who have multiple members undergoing treatment.

  • What Insurance Providers Do you Accept?

If your insurance covers orthodontic treatment, you will receive the benefit of reduced personal costs. Many insurance policies have a lifetime orthodontic benefit that is distinct from regular dental insurance. Remember that insurance policies vary, and we will review your insurance to determine the appropriate course of action. Once treatment has started, we will file your claims.

To help us with your insurance filing, please complete the insurance questions on our questionnaire. Our office is happy to file insurance claims, and we are a preferred provider with the following companies:

    • Blue Cross Blue Shield
    • Cigna
    • Delta
    • DenteMax
    • MetLife
    • United Concordia

Please remember that orthodontic insurance is a benefit for you or your child. If, during the course of treatment, your benefits change, the financially responsible party is accountable for all charges.
